Privacy policy

Connor Jones Films is a wedding film business run by me, Connor Jones, in Salem, Ohio. I only collect what I need to answer your questions and film your wedding, and this page explains what that means.

What I collect

When you fill out the inquiry form, I receive the details you choose to share: your names, email address, wedding date, venue and city, guest count, the collection you’re interested in, your phone number if you add it, how you found me and anything you tell me about your day.

Like most websites, this site also collects basic information about visits, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use and the general area you’re visiting from. That comes from cookies and similar tools, which are described below.

How I use it

• To reply to your inquiry and check my availability.
• To plan, film and deliver your wedding films if we work together.
• To understand how people find and use this site so I can make it better.

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect things like the pages you visit and how long you stay, and it doesn’t tell me who you are. You can read how Google uses this information on Google’s site, and you can stop Google Analytics from counting your visits with the tool Google offers here.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.

Who else helps run this site

This site is hosted by Webflow, which also delivers the inquiry form to my inbox, and Google provides the analytics. They handle information on my behalf and have their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry details and our emails for as long as I need them to work with you and for my business records. If we don’t end up working together, you can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I have about you, ask me to fix anything that’s wrong or ask me to delete it. Send a quick note to contact@connorjonesfilms.com and I’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a wedding. I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this page

If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
